With over 50 years heritage of Ice-cream making, our premium ice-cream and sorbets are made using artisanal methods and ingredients with expertise passed down through the company over decades.

Our traditional production process and quality raw materials allow us to create intense natural flavours with higher fruit content and less sugar than the market standard. We create 1,500 original flavours per year supplying ice cream across Europe from our base in the South of France.

Our catalogue range is kept in stock for all customers. It is possible to order from a wider range of flavours (or even create your own!) if customers can reach minimum volumes and work to a pre-agreed lead time.
